This is a printed portrait of Tsar Alexander the 3rd of Russia. I inherited this from my grandfather\'s collection. It is in a Russian frame with the imperial markings at the top. There are sale tags on the back of the frame showing my grandfather purchased this from Alexander \'s sale company. The back of the print also has stamps on the back that indicate \"russian original \". I\'m not exactly sure what this is. This is not my profession and do the very best to list items to the best of my knowledge. Seems to be an extremely rare piece as it was one time saleed off. Please refer to all pictures . Thank you
