Very interesting piece found in home in Metz, France.

Metz is in Lorraine and Lorraine was part of Germany from 1870 -1919.

This piece measures approximately 12” by 8” by 1” and weighs 3.25 pounds.

It could be a wall plaque or an interesting kitchen Trevet ( piece to place hot items).

It rusty and has agelines and looks impressive as is or could be prepped and painted.
