Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage browning to the cover that has caused the beginings of brittleness and foxing at the edges but it doesn\'t seem to be flaking writing on the front tearing around the Staples and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
