RARE 1987 Danbury Mint 20" PRINCESS DIANA Porcelain Bridal Doll - One Owner, Me:

This ORIGINAL DANBURY MINT Princess Diana Bridal Doll is directly from my collection, purchased by my Great Grandmother in 1987!

This is NOT the Anniversary Edition, which you will see listed mostly. THIS version seems to be very RARE - even EXTREMELY RARE in the original box with Original Packing materials and the CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP.

It is in MINT condition. She had it on display for a time, but it eventually was placed back into its original box along with its Certificate of Ownership with her name as the owner (crossed out only in the photo gallery and not on the ACTUAL piece of paper), the individual serial number, as well as a nice description of the historic day.

A little about the doll itself directly from the Certificate of Ownership:

"The doll's head, arms and legs are crafted of fine imported bisque porcelain. Her complexion is hand-painted. Her gown is hand-tailored. Her tiara and earrings each contain a real 1/2 point diamond."

The doll is approximately 18", but she is about 20" in total with the WOOD base.

She looks beautiful and this is definitely one of the BEST likenesses that I have seen of Diana out of the many commemorative dolls that were created for her.
