RARE Antique FLOW BLUE TOBY JUG Luster Trim Mid 19th c.:

This is a rare and charming piece of Flow Blue China in the form of a Toby Jug. The seated man holds a pitcher in one hand and some form of drinking vessel in the other. His face and hair are colorful and very well done. The rest of the exterior is flowing blue with lots of copper luster trim. The jug is a finely potted earthenware and measures about 4" tall. It is unmarked, but undoubtedly English dating around 1840-1850.
The condition is good with a tiny rim chip that is barely noticeable. Some signs of age in interior and base, but pretty great for its age.
Please not the light spots are caused by reflection and not missing enamel.
