A very rare WWII German Bahnschutz (Railroad Police) officer dagger with scabbard by Max Weyersberg Solingen.
9 3/4" double edged blade. Ricasso maker marked. Silver anodized crossguard with Winged Wheel symbol and black Bakelite grip. Silver anodized scabbard. 14 1/2" overall. 11" scabbard.
Condition: Dark patina on silver. 80% of original finish. Grips and pommel are tight. No cracking or chipping on the grips themselves as well!
