Veronal was one of the earliest versions of phenobarbital, and the empty boxes that held the medication are very very hard to find-- never mind a sealed bottle with contents intact.
Really Rare opportunity to own a piece of history....
Barbital (or barbitone), marketed under the brand name Veronal was the first commercially available barbiturate. It was used as a sleeping aid (hypnotic) from 1903 until it was removed from the market. The chemical names for barbital are diethylmalonyl urea or diethylbarbituric acid.
