RARE Vintage T & FJ Taylor Newport Pagnell Trademark Mercury Glass Electric Lamp. . Shade not included. Lamp has Spider Harp Fitter secured by Finial. Base is brass. 8 inch Harp, Lamp Height 18.75 inches, Base Width 6.5 inches. Lamp works. Very Good Condition for age.

T & FJ Taylor, a famous Mustard, mineral water and later, soft drink company started in Newport Pagnell in Buckinghamshire, England in 1830. The company passed through generations and finally ceased liquid production in 1990; however the mustard production is still going, though it is now made in Glasgow. The Taylor name will always be synonymous with fine mustard.
