A very rare and fine example of a 1 piece War of 1812 to preCivil War period Vermont Militia button. Albert\'s VT-2-A2. Backmark is blank with 2 concentric rings. Some of the original gilded finish actually remains on this button, which is rarely seen in this high state of condition. Details that can be discerned on this button are seldom seen on other specimens. Button Measures 23.28mm. See photos for condition details.
