Was $169. This is for a VERY RARE Brownie Uniform. I have only seen one of these and it was in a Collector’s Museum. It is a Wartime Uniform from 1942-1944. Because of metal Restrictions during the war, the Brownie pin was affected. During this time it was made from a thin Steel and Plated Gold. Because the pin was solid and not cut out as before, the Membership flower Pendants could not hang on it. So they could either put them on the back or sew them to the dress. This pin has 2 petals on the back of it. The Dress has side buttons instead of a Zipper to close it because during the war metal was scarce. It has brown and white Buttons on it that are really different from all the other uniforms. The Label in it has 2 long haired girls and were used in uniforms from 1930-1954. The uniform is in great condition (considering it’s 80 years old!) with only a small seam that needs sewing up in the back of the skirt and a tiny dark spot by the belt under a button which can hardly be seen but I have a picture of it so you can see for yourself. The Hat has the Elf in a light brown print and the Older Stockings do not have any holes in them. These have been in my uniform closet for over 40 years so that is why it is so nice. This is really nice to have in your collection. Please see the pictures for Condition and Measurements. I take Pride in my uniforms taking the time to do research and make sure all the items are correct for that year. They are Clean and ironed.
