Offered here is an antique andRare 19\" X 8 1/2\"1910\'s Cortland, N.Y., State Normal School Soft Felt Pennant, from before the original school burnt down in 1919. This is in excellent condition with an light \'old\' odor, a mix of mustiness and moth balls.
