Rare 1949 ADMIRAL Tube Radio Model 5X13? Original For Repair. A29:

Overall in good condition for its age with no cracks or chips out of the body. Some chipping of paint, but that’s about it, knobs work great

but when I plug it in, I get nothing, not sure if it just needs a new tube or what the issue is.

I also cannot find a model number on the radio. I spent a little time looking up similar style of admiral radios and to me it looks exactly like the 1949 5X13 model. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
