This is a rare and beautiful porcelain 15 pieces tea set made by Kahla in the German Democratic Republic (GDR) during the 1970s.

It includes large tea pot - 11” tall, 11 saucers - 4.2” diameter, a creamer - 4” tall, butter dish top - 5” diameter ( bottom is missing) and salt and pepper cellar - 3.5” diameter. There are no tea cups. The set features a floral pattern on a white background. The style is typical of the 1970s and the material is porcelain. This tea set is a collectible item and would make a great addition to any kitchen or home decor.

Kahla is a porcelain manufacturer founded in 1844 that is a product of Thuringia, which came under the Soviet Occupation Zone. Kahla porcelain is made from natural raw materials, tested for harmful substances, and made in Germany, fairly and socially.

Used but clean and in a perfect condition, no damage. Comes from smoke and pet free home.
