This is a rare Scheibe Alsbach Dresden Sitzendorf figurine of a Napoleonic War soldier, specifically a general named Bertrand. The figurine is made of porcelain? Chalkware and is hand-painted with an all-over multicolor pattern. It is part of the Napoleon Soldiers collection and was manufactured in Germany between 1925-1972.

The figurine is in used condition and is suitable for display in any room.

This is a very rare old piece.It does have some aging and discoloration and chipping to it.

It is marked in the front BERTRAND

And underneath it\'s marked, but I can\'t make it out.

And there are numbers on the back of it also, but some of them are fading off.
