I believe from stories I was told that this piece is early 1960's

Good to very good vtg used condition

Has original sticker

There is a little fleabite on rim probably from top piece being removed and and put back

This piece also has some unique flaws that occur during glass blowing I will try and show in pictures

Lighter has a spark so just needs a refill
