If graded, I'd say this book is around the 4.5/5.0 range. Front cover has spine ticks, blunted corners (+ small chips in corners), stress marks (wear/creasing on spine), wear around staples, some light denting spots (very hard to notice unless under light/certain angles), some wear around edges, area (top right hand side) of scuffing/color fade and some light creasing and folding (around edges). Back cover has a 3/4 inch tear on bottom edge (see pic), small (less than 1/4 inch) tear near bottom corner of spine, some minor scuffing and light staining (bottom), some small tears (micro) near bottom of cover, and some light creasing and folding around edges/corners. On bottom part of cover there is also a small paper abrasion (?) in the bottom right corner of ad (yellow part by money bags) where it appears damage broke surface color + some other areas of creasing/denting (hard to explain - see pics). Inside pages are complete/attached with some having perforation tears/small chips/folding.
