The cardinal is wearing a collar with bells to keep the flight safe.This figure is 11\" long, about 4\" wide, and 8.5\" high.On the cardinals booty you will see Rodney Leeseberg, 2002There is a square base on the bottom that is missing one little round black ball. That little ball is necessary for the figure to balance properly. With one missing, it is crooked unless it is place on material or something soft. I would take the other 3 balls off, but that is just an idea. There are no other flaws/issues.

Remember you are buying preowned, vintage items that may show wear from use, storage, and age. I do my best to describe all items and note any damage and imperfections.
