Set of 2 Vintage Homer Laughlin Riviera 11" and 13" Platters - Century Shape in Fiesta® Red - Oval Wells!Beautiful 11" and 13" serving platters - set of 2 in the Century shape, made for Riviera, but in this case the Fiesta® Red color.
This is for one 11" tray and one 13" tray. The 13" tray is less common! These are the oval well (not the rectangular well platter which we also have in the store). A most desirable set of trays to have for Riviera collectors or the perfect holiday serving tray / platter set - great for a bold red/orange color or mix and match with the light green color to have a perfect Christmas themed holiday trays.This is the epitome of Art Deco Style, Simple Elegance, and highly desirable. Measurements 11-3/8" long and 13-3/8" long but are considered the 11" and 13" platter size.
We have LOTS of Riviera pieces in the store with super rare items (and lots of other HLC pieces)! Be sure to check out all of them - we will combine shipping if purchasing more than one listing of anything in the store! Condition: Good preowned vintage condition. Clean pieces - no cracks or crazing.Glaze is shiny and bright. One tray has some edge roughness and very small fleabites along the edge of the piece along with mostly factory glaze pops. The other tray has a small chip / possibly factory mold flaw on the top side. Some of the small fleabites / glaze pops are hard to see in the pictures but noted for accuracy. Some light wear marks from use on the edges of each tray. Pieces may other small factory production imperfections such as glaze pops / sand bumps / glaze skips- all common from factory production. Minor handling / use wear. Very good condition overall for this set. See all pictures.
