Here’s a beautiful and rare rough Shattuckite specimen with gorgeous Dioptase crystals, Quartz and more! This high quality Shattuckite comes from the Tantara Mine, DR of Congo. The Shattuckite is solid and takes a very nice polish, so this particular piece could be a fine collectible or lapidary rough. It’s an incredible collectible specimen, but with those rich blues it would definitely cut some gorgeous high end cabochons if desired, and a polished face could certainly add to the unique characteristics of this specimen.
