Resin model of the giant Short Faced Bear in a more accurate 1/35 scale. Sculpted by me –Mike Eischen. I once used a 3d printer to do this model and now I’m casting it in resin. The model is so much better in detail and sharpness. The bear is 70 mm long (see the dollor bill for size) . The models are cast on a block in which I saw the block off for you –many resin casting company’s don’t remove it. Customers always wanted me to cast everything without a base-well this is the only way I can do it. I try to keep everything in a gray to dark gray color-to highlight the details. There may be small air bubbles. Many times I will fill in the air bubbles with putty. To extend the mold life I will use a “mold release. I always like to mention– the molds don’t last long! These models are very limited! So don’t wait too long to buy. As you notice I’m not listing some resin models anymore-the molds started to go bad!I mail everything USPS First Class PKG. So shipping will take – 2 to 5 days in the USA. And please notice if you buy 3 or more plastic models from me or my store (Paleo Sculpture) there will be no shipping charge in the USA. I always combine shipping on the 2 or more items. Other countries are mailed First Class Mail International and you will only pay one shipping cost for 2 or more models. I always refund extra shipping-so if you make a mistake and over pay in shipping I will refund the unnecessary extra shipping payment to your paypal account.
