We have 5 business day handling time. Custom designs require an additional 2 days handling time. We always provide a tracking number which will be updated once the order ships. Shipping delivery to US ETA is 3-5 business days; Canada ETA 6-10 business days; and World Wide 11- 30 business days. We carry products from different brands and designers. Message us if your package is still not delivered after the time frame above expired.

To Return an Item for Exchange or Refund

We return shipping costs only if the item was:

2) Arrived Defective

3) Product Lost in Transit
