This is an item I know nothing about. To an untrained eye, all looks to be in good order.Nothing loose or evidence of a missing element.
Found recently in a barn workshop, some spotty discolorations on the brass along with the expected rubsfrom normal handling.
Measured from the table to the highest point of the nozzle, 7 1/2 inches (20cm).MUCH OBLIGED
