This is used so will have signs of wear from use and age but overallin good useable condition. It is, I believe from London, I have been lookingup the advertisement addresses to get an idea.It folds out to an advertisement sheet and has the playbill glued in the centerand then has cartoon artwork on back. there are marks and water stains as shownit had been folded so there are also crease lines.Looking up online I found this description below, not sure what year but do believe it wouldbe during the WWI era.It measures 10" x 5" when foldedSouvenir program for a theatrical performance during the First World War.
