A cabinet card original antique photo from Greenville, Tennesee. I believe this may be a group of tobacco growers & buyers and would have been taken in front of one of Greenville\'s Tobacco Warehouse sale houses where tobacco was saleed & sold. It looks to be late 1800\'s or early 1900\'s - a quick search didn\'t pull up any info on the photographer- W. Kingsley and there\'s no identifying information on the image. A staged photo with two or three African American men on the far lefti, the men dressed in different suits & hats, few looking directly at the camera, one along the bottom holding a puppy and tobacco leaves. Please view photos carefully for condition - there are foxing dots over the photo & in the margins.
