DIMENSIONS: Overall:40.5 inch /103 cm, Blade: 28.0 inch / 72cm, Tsuka: 10.4 inch / 26 cm, Blade Width: 3.2 cm / 1.26 inch, Blade Thickness: 0.7 cm / 0.28 Inch Blade Material:Clay Tempered T10Steel Hitatsura Hamon.
CRAFTSMANSHIP - This blade is made of Clay Tempered T10 Steel Real Hitatsura Hamon.And it has been laminated in a maru configuration(single type mono steel). Differential hardened and clay tempered, water quenched and polished.This blade is polished and sharpened by 14 different process.The hardness has reached 60 HRC.
PERFORMANCE -The blade has the Shinogi-Zukuri Shape,Real Yokote,Chu-kissaki.The Japanese top Hitatsura Hamon pattern is done in the same process as the traditional method.It requires a lot of skills. The sword is strong enough for cutting thick bamboo, small trees, bones, iron and copper wire. It is a highly recommended sword for serious collectors.
MATERIAL - The blade is made of Clay Tempered T10 Steel Hitatsura Hamon,The saya (Sheath) made of real Ox Horn hard wooden with lacquer work finished.The Tsuka (Handle) core is wooden and it is the tightest wrapped over Genuine Ray Skin (Samegawa) with SILK ito wrapped.,the Tsuba , Kashira ,fuchi,Menuki is made copper, Seppa and habaki of the sword was made of brass.
