These are great! Oski the Bear, University of California, Berkeley, mascot is very grumpy! These are Angelus Decal Transfers that you would dip in water and then apply wherever. Who knows if they would still work or not, but they are super duper fantastic. Oski was introduced in 1941, so I would guess these are 1940s or early 1950s. The sheet, as a whole, measures 8" x 5" to give you an idea of size. Overall very good vintage condition. Go Bears!
