The belt extends out to 40 inches. max extended will fit a 34 inch waist. The Y suspenders are fully adjustable and are a 1 size fits most. The 2 ammo pouches were made to hold.223/5.56 Magazines. Or a can of pop or a cell phone. The canteen and cover are included. The Canteen is Brand New. Everything is US Military Issue. This gear is what thy issue to US Forces fighting all over the world. The set is really well made and was made to survive a fight and carry the essentials to battle. Set does show storage ware. On a couple pieces there may be a name or writing.This stuff would have been issued out in desert storm or desert shield. The items have been in storage since then.
