For sale here is a great looking matched pair of US WW1 Army Captain's Rank Bars Insignia. These are solid back and are pin back with C catches. These are not maker marked or hallmarked. I did have these tested and they tested most like 50% silver coins. There were a couple of damaged ones, and they were silver all the way through. Each one of these measure approximately 1.08", or just under 1 1/16" tall. These may be slightly bent or the C catch might be slightly pinched, but they will be easy to adjust. These are closely matched by the patina and wear to the front. Please see all pictures for a full condition report. There appear to be 2 types of pin styles for these, and these were not matched by pin. Overall, a nice set that will wear or display well in their distinctive faux bullion frosted style
