Thank you for taking a look at this copy of Uncanny X-Men #213. This issue contains the first cameo appearance of Mr. Sinister.You will receive the actual comic shown in the pictures.

The comic appears to be VF+ (8.5) with some color rub, minimal wear on the corners (particularly the spine corners), a few spine ticks, and a crease on the bottom right corner of the front corner.
