This is a functioning UPB-100 Model United Jukebox from the now Defunct united jukebox company.
Manufactured in 1959 shortly before the companies closure in 1962 approximately 800 or so were ever made, they came in 5 different colors this model is the tan version.
The jukebox has a capacity for 100 45 speed records and has 50 unique selector panels. All the records in the machine are originals.

A perfect piece of americana and an excellent addition to any decor, the piece has some slight flaking of the outer chrome accents and on the base paint in front, both naturally occurring with age.
