I\'ll be honest and say that I don\'t know exactly what I\'ve got here. It is a SMALL, round tag made of ALUMINUM. It measures just 2 inched across. It is embossed, \"REGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE - ARKANSAS - MOTOR VEHICLE LAW.\" The number, \"39264\" is stamped in the center. This does NOT resemble a 1921 Arkansas CAR license plate. Its small size, and the fact that it is aluminum, leads to be \"THINK\" (perhaps?) This was made to go on the fender (or head tube?) of a motorcycle, motor scooter or OTHER small vehicle - but I HONESTLY DON\'T KNOW.\" (In THIS case, I\'m counting on the BUYER to know what they\'re getting.) The condition is VERY GOOD, with some wear and tear and slight soiling. It is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
