Bright colors - wonderful green accents!
A Wooden Handle, Painted Red, 1.5” long
Marked on front, with intertwining early T. Cohn trademark, ‘TC’ and ‘MADE IN U.S.A.’
Works well, makes noise when rotated clockwise or counterclockwise
Measures 4” diameter
Wear consistent with age: extensive rust; few tiny dents and paint chipping
