VINTAGE DECO SILVER MERIDEN/INTERNATIONAL BAKELITE COCKTAIL SHAKER RARE:

This cocktail shaker by Meriden silver is a beautiful example of a deco shaker from that period. Silver-plated with a bakelite base and cherry shaped finial. It is in very nice condition. The cap on the lower portion of cherry finial cap is a little loose. A very tiny line crease on the bottom of the strainer cap, which does open, for storing olives. The silver is very nice, and the bakelite base has no chips or cracks. This is a special shaker! It measures just under 12\" high, at the top of the cherry.
