This vintage fire extinguisher is a unique piece of historical memorabilia & is Crafted of Brass / Copper.

Noted: Extinguisher # 344931.

This Would make a great addition to any fire extinguisher collection.

The SOD-ACID model was manufactured Within the United States & features a brass/copper exterior.

NOTE: Please notice in the last Three (3) pictures that this Fire Extinguisher does open. Air does come with the “always sort after” glass Carafe. (We Will try to protect this with bubble wrap). We will try our best to protect this, so that it makes it to the new buyer in one unbroken piece)

TO CHARGE

Fill Bottle how full of sulfuric acid (4 fluid ounces). Place Stoppel on same and fastened into cage. Dissolve, 1 1/2 Pounds Bi-Carbonate of soda into 2 1/2 gallons of cold water. Pour into extinguisher to fill Mark. Screw cap down to washer.

Extinguisher must be discharged and recharged at least once a year and date of charging kept upon Card attached to machine. Whenever discharged extinguisher must be entirely emptied, and thoroughly cleaned before refilling.

PROTECT FROM FREEZING

Tested 350 LBS.

The extinguisher is empty & cannot be used for firefighting purposes.

Condition: With expected signs of wear. Dents, rust, residue marks, surface scratches, and surface wear seen to the brass exterior, as indicated in photography.

Measurements of Fire Extinguisher:

23 3/4" Tall
71/4" in diameter (Not Counting Hose Extension)
8 1/2 in Diameter (Counting Hose Extension)

It may have some signs of wear due to its age and previous use, but overall it is in good condition.
