THE PICTURE makes the dog seem to have scratches on his head. He does not. Reflection only. This early 1950\'s vintage fine German porcelain figurine is a lovely depiction of a male spaniel dog, and it is signed by JHR & Hutschenreuther. The piece features hand-painted details in shades of tan and white, with a glossy finish. Measuring 5 3/8\" in length, 4 1/2\" in height, and 2\" in width, this medium-sized figurine is perfect for any room and occasion.

The figurine is an original collectible from the mid-20th century and it is in excellent condition, even retaining it\'s original label. It belongs to the dog \"Animals\" collection of Hutschenreuther and they made a figurine of most all species. This fine German porcelain is some of the nicest made in the world, and it has a charming style that will suit any decor. It is also signed by the artist and features a theme of a beloved dog.
