VINTAGE PLUMB 3.5 LB AXE w/ ORIG SHORT 18.5\" HANDLE 11-608 AD35-S20 COOPER. Not actually new old stock, but I was trying to convey that it is used but in darn near like new condition. You can see on the decals and paint it struck something not more than 1-3 times. It really is as close to new as a used one can get. It has a 3.5 lb head, pretty hefty, and a very nice short handle, permabond, so excellently attached it is almost as one piece. There is a nice heavy bead of clear glue around the bottom of the head, a nice touch.
This model features a short straighter handle, measuring 18.5\" top to bottom, and about 15.5\" from bottom of head to handle end. The front side of the red handle is pretty straight, the back side of handle has a nice curve to it, and a quite hefty 3.5lb head.Head measures 7-1/4\" long with a 4-5/16\" bit.Handle measures 18.5\" long.A super fine example of a superior quality vintage axe.
