A Lovely Vintage 1970\'s Mel Mortan Orange Green Plaid Floral~ Passamanterie Applique on the Collar ~Mini Tunic Dress S or M. The colors are vibrant. The fabric feels like a sturdy cotton. The length is way above the knees, and yet it\'s not too short. There is a small halo spot as shown in last pic. Or else it\'s in good condition.
