Appears to be all Hand stitched.

thin batting.
This quilt is in good condition for its age. Structurally in good condition but there are a couple squares where the fabric has failed. The quilt is pretty clean, some color bleeding on the backside. For potentially 100 year old quilt, it is in good condition!
Based on the fabrics used and pattern I would say this quilt is around 1920s
