This VINTAGE original Fenton plate is decorative and not for use with food. The church scene is raised/textured and has been hand painted. The plate measures 8" in diameter. On the back includes an embossed paragraph on Christmas in America in 1797 and the plate is signed by the Fenton artist L Watson. The oval Fenton logo is also embossed on the rear surface.San Xavier del Bac Missionis an active Roman Catholic Parish in the Diocese of Tucson set within the Tohono O'odaham Nation ministering to Native Americans.
