Up for sale is this beautiful Dove of Peace Catholic memorial Bible in a decorative wood burned cedar box. The bible was published by The Good Will Publishing Company. The box measures 9.5" by 7", and is 3" deep. It was presented by the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers Local 837-A of St. Louis, MO. The bible itself measures 8.5"" by 6", and is the Catholic edition. It is in excellent condition, with no writing, stains, tears or other evidence of use. It is illustrated throughout with photographs of the holy land, and features a concordance. It has a full color photo of Pope John Paul II in the front, and it is a red letter edition, with a beautiful white and gold leather cover. It was apparently given to the family of a deceased union member as a memento.
