Here\'s a wonderful Native American vintage sterling silver, rectangular belt buckle. The artist added linear and curved hand stamp work for designs, pointing in all four directions. There are 8 vertical \"rays\" contrasted to 2 horizontal \"rays\". The buckle has cutouts at the ends of each \"ray\", and exhibits traditional Navajo workmanship.
The buckle is 3\" wide and 2 1/4\" tall, tapering to 1 1/2\" on each end.
The buckle loop will fit up to a 1 3/8\" belt (maybe 1 1/2\", but that would be very tight).
It weighs a notable 57 g.
The artist\'s hallmark is \"SY\".
