Rare Wedgwood Vassar College CommemorativePlate - made in England. Approximately 10 1/4" inches across, with an ivory background with maroon images. Centralimagefeaturing Blodgett Hall on the Vassar campus. The back carries following inscription and manufacturer'smark: "Vassar College 1929 -- Blodgett Hall of Euthenics" "Wedgwood of Etruria and Barlaston, Made in England -- SoleImporters - Jones, McDuffee & Stratton - Boston". The Wedgwood impressions/incisions are also present.

Excellent condition - no chips, cracks, repairs or stains on this item. Some very minor crazing in the clear glazing (primarily on back of plate), but it is barely noticeable and too faint to capture in a photo.
