Take a step back in time with these vintage 1930s Conestoga Co. binoculars. With their classic black color and folding design, they are perfect for any photography enthusiast. The FG-66 model features an extending eye pieces and attached flip shield closure over lenses which is very unique and convenient when using. Measures 6 1/8”H (8”H when extended) x 4.75”W x 2.25”D and fabric strap is 40” long. The center metal bar is embossed with “THE CONESTOGA CORPORATION, BETHLEHEM, PA. U.S.A.” The opposite side is embossed “MODEL NO. FG-66 - MADE IN U.S.A. - PATENTS PENDING.” Reflecting wear and age, the leather is worn and scuffed on the body, frayed and peeling on the flip top cover, and some paint chipping to metal.
