Vintage beautiful black 1946 Corona 4 bank Sterling Portable typewriter. Serial number 4A 143498 in very nice cosmetic and operational condition with very nice black textured enamel finish with double tuxedo. Very nice black key board and chrome rings. Very few blemishes. It does have a slight wear on the left top ribbon cover where the carriage handle has been moved over the top. Graphics and chrome are very good. The keys strike and return and carriage advances well as you type. The original platen, paper feed, feet, back space, margin release, tab are in good condition and the ribbon feed, new ribbon. The keyboard is very nice and clean as is the typewriter. Types very nice. No case. Overall very nice piece. The typewriter measures 13” x 12 1/2” x 5 1/2”. No PO Boxes.
