This is a vintage 1958 dated soft cover book entitled \" 1st King\'s Dragoon Guards / A Brief Pictorial Record Of The Regiment / 1685 - 1958 \". 1st The Queen\'s Dragoon Guards was formed on the 1st January 1959 by the amalgamation of the 1st King\'s Dragoon Guards and The Queen\'s Bays (2nd Dragoon Guards ). The Regiment is an Armoured Car Regiment and is the only Royal Armoured Corps regiment to recruit from South Wales, Herefordshire, Monmouthshire and Shropshire. In this book you will find a pictorial record of the 1st King\'s Dragoon Guards. It measures approx. 7 1/2\" by 9 7/8\". It is in used condition with wear and yellowing from use, aging, and storage. The center pages are loose from the staples. See photos.
