True circa 1959 \"Jacobs Coat\" fabric designed by Alexander Girard (America, 1907-1993), produced by Herman Miller, Inc. - Measures 24 3/4\" wide by 36\" length
- Multicolored Bright vertical stripe
- Wool/cotton blend
Estate find in very good pre-owned condition. This was a curtain panel that has been taken apart. Upholstery weight fabric, strong and sturdy. There are two raw edges. Some creasing from when it was hemmed and a couple of small thread snags (see final photo). I find no holes, tears or stains. Selling as found. Alexander Girard designed this textile during his tenure as founding director of the Herman Miller Textile Division (1952 - 1973). This is an original textile, not a
