Excellent old full color sculptural bust of a Native American Indian made in1966 by the Universal Statuary Corporation of Chicago.
This bust is made of a plaster-resin composition and hand painted in deep vivid colors with exceptional detail.It depicts a Native American Indian male with long braided hair, a feathered headdress, and turquoise jewelryand beads around his neck. The wonderful detail shows on the backside as well.
The back is inscribed \"320 - UNIVERSAL STATUARY CORP. - CHICAGO, ILL. -© 1966\". The bottom iscovered in black felt.
It stands 11\" tall by 7\" wide by 5\" deep, and weighs almost 4 lbs. In awesome condition with no chips or cracks.
