This vintage W.C. Slocum knife is a unique addition to any collection. The blade is made of carbon steel with an encapsulated, hidden tang. The drop point blade has a plain edge and measures 4 1/2''. The handle is made of wood, bone, and nickel-silver and black spacers w/ a nickel silver guard and pins, making it sturdy and durable. Knife is handmade and has a vintage feel and look to it. You can tell it's pretty old. This is a custom, handmade, unique, one of a kind piece made by knife-maker W.C. Slocum, U.S. Nice to have in a collection. Unique and well-made. Does not look to be used much, if at all, just stored. It looks the same as when I bought it over 11 years ago.
