Vintage phonograph tube amp. It does power on. One of the power leads from the cord was separated from the base, so after plugging in I touched the two together and the unit powers on. The pilot light and all the tubes light up. I am not able to test any further. Please refer to one of the pics that shows the back side of the unit with the schematic and manufacturer code and information.
