Vintage Borghese
Taupe beige gilt chalkware trinket box with fluted lid. The sides have raised detail that appear like Greek figures near a tree. The gold is worn away in a lot of places but the wear is consistent throughout. The knob on the top of the lid has a bit more wear on the gold however. The inside of the lid has a medium sized chip and a smaller one. The chips expose the white under the robins egg blue. The oval box interior has marks and is a bit discolored as you would expect with something preowned and vintage. Good overall condition. You don't see the chips when the lid is on. Please see pictures for details.
